Is this really AI, or templates with a friendly name?
Really AI. Every member gets a genuine conversational companion, and you get an agent you can brief in plain language. It assembles real context from each member’s memory and your method, not canned scripts.
Will the Companion actually sound like me?
Yes, that’s the whole point. Hook captures your tone, values and method once, then carries them into every interaction. Anything personal or sensitive is drafted for you to approve, edit, or rewrite before it ever sends.
Do I own my data and my members?
Completely. Your community’s data is siloed and yours. Members can export or delete their own memory anytime, and you can export your members and content whenever you like. On the Own tier it lives on your own infrastructure.
Can I move my existing community over?
Yes. Set up your practice, invite your members, and import your content. The Companion’s memory builds from there, and only gets richer the longer your community runs.
What about crisis moments or someone really struggling?
This is sacred to us. Hook is coaching support, not clinical care. Crisis signals and vulnerable moments route to you, a human, and are never handled autonomously. The Companion holds people warmly between sessions; it never replaces your judgment.
Do I need to be technical?
No. There’s no code. You describe your practice in plain language and it stands itself up. The Coach Agent drafts, builds and configures for you, so all you do is approve.
How does the trial and pricing work?
Three tiers, each including the full AI: Rent at $49/mo, White-Label at $149/mo, and Own as a one-time $999 license you self-host, with an optional $19/mo for updates.
