Your Coach Agent

The Coach Agent is your AI chief-of-staff. Find it at Dashboard → Companion → Coach Agent (and as a mini-chat on your dashboard Overview). Brief it in plain language and it works the way a great assistant would: it answers from your community's real activity, and it drafts things in your voice for you to approve. It never posts, messages, or charges anyone on its own.

What you can ask it

  • "Who's drifting this week?" — it reads everyone's real activity and names the members who've gone quiet, so you can reach out before they fade.
  • "How's the community doing?" — a plain-language overview: members, momentum, what's moving.
  • "Draft a welcome post about this week's call." — it writes the post in your voice.
  • "Write a check-in message to Jordan." — a personal note, drafted for your approval.
  • "Build a 5-lesson course on …" — it drafts a full course into your Drafts to review.
  • "Move Jordan to Onboarding." — it can operate your CRM pipeline by chat.

Draft → approve → send

Anything personal or public goes through the Drafts inbox on the Coach Agent page:

  • Publish a drafted post or announcement in one click — it becomes a real community post.
  • Copy a personal message to send yourself.
  • Dismiss anything you don't want.

You stay in control: the agent proposes, you approve. Operational chores (reminders, nudges) run on their own; anything that speaks as you is always a draft first.

Coach Notes (teach it your method)

On the Coach Agent page you can keep Coach Notes — your method, voice, FAQs, the way you like things said. The agent reads these every time, so its drafts sound like you and follow your approach. Add the essentials here; the more it knows, the better it drafts.

Files (give it your documents)

Under Files on the Coach Agent page, upload your methods, FAQs, or program outlines and the agent draws on them whenever it drafts or answers — so its work reflects your material, not generic advice. Use text or Markdown files (up to 200 KB each, up to 20 files); remove one anytime with the trash icon. Files are private to your community.

Good to know

  • The agent only ever sees your community's data — never another coach's.
  • Its work is metered toward your plan's monthly AI actions allowance (see Billing & your plan).
  • It needs the platform's AI to be switched on; if it's ever unavailable, the agent simply pauses rather than guessing.
