Your journey & progress

Your Journey page (in the left sidebar) is the picture of your own momentum — where you're headed, what you've done lately, and the quiet milestones you've reached. It's framed as the three movements of real change: Intention → Practice → Integration.

Intention

Your current intention, drawn from your latest check-in. Setting an intention gives your Companion something to hold for you and gently bring you back to.

Daily check-ins

At the top of the feed you can check in: a mood, what you're focusing on, and anything on your mind. Each check-in is private to you and your coach, sets your current intention, and counts as a step (it also keeps your streak alive). Check in as often as you like — it's the simplest way to stay in motion.

Practice

The "doing" of your journey this week:

  • Steps this week — every meaningful action counts as a step: completing a lesson, posting or commenting, checking in, journaling, or RSVPing to an event.
  • Active days & streak — the days you showed up, with a streak flame when you string them together.
  • Your next step — one highlighted thing to do next (check in, continue a course, or explore).
  • Level progress — how close you are to your next level (see Points, levels & badges).

Integration

Where progress is honored, quietly:

  • Milestones — gentle markers that unlock from real activity (your first check-in, first practice step, a steady week, a course completed, and more). They're recognition, not a scoreboard, and your Companion remembers them.
  • Reflections — your past check-ins, gathered so you can look back and see how far you've come.

Why it's here

Transformation happens between the sessions. The Journey page makes your own momentum visible — so the steady, unglamorous work you're doing is seen and honored, by you and by your coach.
