Sales & deals

The Sales board tracks revenue opportunities — deals — as they move through your pipeline. It's separate from the CRM Pipeline board (which tracks where a person is in your lead funnel): one contact can have many deals over time.

Sales is a module. If you don't see Sales in your dashboard nav, it isn't enabled on your plan yet.

The board

Each column is a stage (New → Qualified → Proposal → Won → Lost). Each card is a deal with a title, amount, win probability, and (optionally) the contact it's for.

  • Add a deal — click Add deal, give it a title and amount, and optionally link it to a contact.
  • Move a deal — drag a card to another stage, or use the dropdown on the card. Moving to Won or Lost marks the deal closed and updates its probability.
  • Delete a deal — hover a card and click the trash icon.

The header shows your open deals, open value, and won total at a glance.

It links to your contacts

When a deal is linked to a contact, every stage change is logged to that contact's timeline — so the full history (created, advanced, won/lost) lives alongside their notes and activity. That shared timeline is what powers reporting and your AI assistant's understanding of each relationship.
