Managing members

Open Dashboard → Members to see everyone in your community.

The member list

Everyone in your community — name, role, points, level, join date, and last active. Click any member to open their detail page. Use Export CSV to download the full roster.

Switch between a Table and a Cards layout with the toggle at the top right — cards give a more visual, at-a-glance roster. Your choice is remembered for next time.

A member's detail page

  • Engagement (30 days) — posts + comments, so you can see who's leaning in.
  • Points history and enrollments.
  • Role & access — change a member's role (member, moderator, admin, coach) and membership tier (Free, Tier 1–3). You can't change your own role.
  • Badges — award or remove any badge manually.
  • Course journeys — each member's private reflective arc per course: their intention, a check-in trend sparkline, how many session notes they've written, and whether they've finished the closing integration. A quick read on how they're really progressing, beyond lessons completed.

Roles, briefly

  • Member — a regular community member.
  • Moderator / Admin — staff who can manage content and members.
  • Coach — the owner; full control.

Promote a trusted member to Moderator to help you run the community.
